Our van is driven by different members of staff, so it’s important to know when damage occurs and who last inspected it. VehicleOK replaced our paper vehicle checks in just one afternoon. We’re now planning to upgrade so we can manage our scissor lift and forklift too.
We only have one van that all our technicians use, so the free version was the perfect place to start. It replaced our paper vehicle checks straight away. As we got more technicians, we upgraded to the Small Fleet version so that all technicians could have their own logins making sure we knew who completed the checks. We now have inspections for the van itself and for the aftermarket equipment we’ve installed, such as the inverters. It’s incredibly flexible.
I saw an early version of Vehicle OK and asked if it would work with forklifts, as I run a training centre with contract instructors. It does – and we’ve been using it ever since. It’s been reliable and far less stressful than dealing with paper checks.
