We have a van that any member of staff can drive to deliver equipment to customers. Vehicle OK helps us identify when the van gets damaged and who was responsible. We’ll be upgrading to the Pro version soon so we can also include our scissor lift and forklift.
We only have one van that all our technicians use, so the free version was perfect to start with. When we realised the Pro version let us add our own custom checks, we upgraded. Now we have checks for the van itself and for the aftermarket equipment we’ve installed, like the inverters. It’s really flexible.
I saw an early version of Vehicle OK and asked if it would work with forklifts, as I run a training centre with contract instructors. It does — and we’ve been using it ever since. It’s been reliable and far less stressful than dealing with paper checks.
